Looking to possibly rehome my ferrets. A lot has changed in the recent months and I’ve been finding that they are just not getting the attention they deserve or need. I tried my best to switch up my schedule to accommodate them but the longer I wait the harder it is. I am not in a hurry whatsoever and I want to find them someone that is going to care for them for the entirety of their life span, so please be knowledgeable on the species and understand the commitments they need. Some of this includes having them for 8+ yrs, letting them out to roam for 3-4+ hours a day, cleaning their cages daily, clipping nails weekly etc.. please do not inquire if you have not researched or had previous experience. They are both about a year old and a little bit about them both. Ziggy is the sable, he is small and VERY sweet. He is my angel! He loves to scoot around socks and steal anything rubber - I give him baby pacifiers to hide around. He takes a little to get out of his shell, but once comfortable he gets super crazy and it is hilarious! Marley is the cinnamon, he is my mischievous man! He is also the escape artist. He has learned how to jump into bathtubs, over baby gates and he won’t hesitate to greet you on the couch. He loves to play, sometimes a little rough but we’ve been working on that. They both do very well with older kids who know how to discipline if they get too nippy. They also both know their names, so I would love it if they kept them. They come with a very large critter nation cage, large amounts of wood shavings for their litter pan, an optional smaller bunny cage for travel and many more things.
