We are currently seeking an apartment maintenance technician to complete routine repairs and projects in apartment buildings located in Nottingham, Maryland. Interested Candidates must provide detailed work experience. Assist management team with other various tasks required. Represent the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion as needed: Perform routine preventive maintenance Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Perform Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs Plumbing Electric Appliance repair and installation Carpentry work including but not limited to: window replacement, drywall repairs, wood work, etc. Safety Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules. Immediately report all unsafe conditions. Additional Requirements Attendance is an imperative job function. Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook, or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years experience. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented
