Maintenance Technician needed. Must be experienced in all phases of residential maintenance. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC experience and/or certification is a plus, but not required. But willing to be trained. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation and must be willing to work overtime. Will need your own tools. Background checks will be done. Please call 757-489-1225.
