Was at Valero gas station on Market St and Montgomery. Happened to put lotion on my hands took my ring off put in on my lap dropped it. I pull off remember than return to the same person I moved for fueling her tank. Camera shows her picking up my ring. I want it returned. Filled police complaint already just staying diligent.
