Rehome needed

Our 2 year old Pomeranian is a sweet loving dog who loves to run and play and is housebroken. We recently moved to a home with a small yard and he has been in the house more… he’s developed a hatred for my cat and her cat box and toys and now he marks inside the home where the cat has been or on her cat box…. We have talked to our vet who has recommended that we rehome him to a home with no other pets. We also spoke to a behavioral expert as well who explained that breaking him of it would be easier if there were no other pets in the home. I’m hoping to find a home for him with a fenced yard and with experience with this kind of thing. The dog was very expensive as a pup but we are not looking to sell him a Small rehome fee applies.
