Description

Will assist the production with: • Adjusting equipment/machines. • Loading or switching films. • Must be safe and use appropriate PPE • Be able to make good decisions based on production requirements. • Be willing to fill in, pack and be a part of the line when needed. • Must be able to communicate and follow directions. • Fill out work orders for repairs as needed. • Must keep a clean and safe working environment. • Need to keep high standards for quality and organization. • Must be able to work well with all employees and other departments including Cooks, Cutters, other Operators, Maintenance and Management. • Coordinate change overs with appropriate departments. • Be able to act immediately when any problems arise informing your direct Supervisor and/or Manager. • Be able to run the equipment on own after training period is over. • Ensure the company policies and procedures are being followed.
