Log items received from the distribution center and add the inventory in our Order Management System
Make sure all items match packing slip, and report any discrepancies
Take pictures of the items to be listed for sale, edit as needed
List used items on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon
Process packages for shipment
Reply to customer inquiries or complaints
Receive, inspect, process returns & update ERP system
