Job Description Our Property Management team is looking for a highly enthusiastic, responsible Pre-oc/remodel Tech with a vision for excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Accurately taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed for a project Skilled in the use of all tools necessary (hand and power tools) Familiar with all phases of carpentry/remodeling Able to install items such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, framing, etc.. Perform physical labor (i.e. lifting of equipment or heavy materials) Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed Assisting with on-call when needed. Requirements And Qualifications Work history as a carpenter Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials Strong, working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times Education and Experience General maintenance: 3 years+ Plumbing, Minor electrical Tilling Job Type: Full-time Please send a resume
