We offer the following benefits: -Health, life, and supplemental insurance -Paid time off (PTO), -Paid holidays and parent/bereavement leave -IRA retirement plan with company matching -On-going training -Annual bonuses and more REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2-3 years of work experience preferred - Ability to lift 50-100lbs of material (long boards/shelves) - Aptitude to measure, cut, use tools, be safe, and perform detailed, carpentry work. - Speak, read and write English clearly - reliable transportation, arrive on-time 6:45am M-F at location Herndon moving soon to Chantilly (no excuses) - be willing to do a $15/hr working trial day as part of interview process - clear driving record / drive company trucks - discuss and pass background and reference check - complete/sign off on Covid policy training and employee handbook policies COVID-19 considerations: Must follow Covid-19 policies including wearing masks, distancing as is possible, washing hands, staying home when sick, etc.
