Service person needed

Part time service person needed. Could have hours increased to full time,depending on job required. MUST have flexibility, great work ethic, great attitude, ability to work under deadlines. MUST have technical skills for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry. MUST be a good trouble-shooter, must be able to paint, do minor drywall repairs & patching. MUST be able to help with snow removal, grounds keeping, lawn mowing, trimming, etc... MUST not have any felonies for drugs, weapons, domestic battery or sex offender. Must be able to have great listening skills, be able to follow directions, and not be argumentative. MUST be able to work well with others, and work well alone.
