The French Academy offers a playful immersion class for young children (between 2 years and 6.5 years) in Chevy Chase (DC). Together, we will learn words and sentences, using them in songs, dance, games, and stories. The class is in full immersion and therefore suited for French or non French speaking children. Four skills are tackled during the class: oral understanding and conversation; reading and writing abilities. We keep the group small (4 to 8 children max) to make sure the children are challenged according to their development and level. Older children are given more challenging activities.
