NEEDED: Birthday Party Set Up on 10/11

I'd like to hire someone to pick up dinner, a birthday cake, and possibly flowers and bring them to an airbnb we are renting for my partner's birthday on Monday 10/11. (The Airbnb is in Topanga - zip code 90290.) I'd like to have you bring everything inside, set the table, arrange the meal nicely, light some candles, and put up a few simple birthday decorations I will provide. This will be a surprise for my partner. (I am disabled, and my partner is usually the one who does all the cooking and whatnot, so I really want to give her an evening where she doesn't have to do anything -- I can handle clean up after the meal, but set up would be really hard for me to manage without blowing the surprise!) If you are free on Monday 10/11 and can be in Topanga maybe around 6-7pm, that would be amazing. (I have to confirm the time the bakery and florist close, so that timing might be flexible.) Obviously this is a small 1-2 hour gig, so it makes the most sense to hire someone who already lives in Topanga or very nearby - it's not worth the gas money to drive very far. I am happy to pay for a 2-hour minimum, though it won't likely take that long. Whoever I hire would need to be 100% reliable, since not showing up will ruin the whole plan and be so disappointing. If you can offer any information about your experience doing tasks that might speak to your reliability, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for considering!
