NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! WILL TRAIN ON THE JOB!
Basic Skills:
-Strong verbal and oral communication skills are essential.
-Fast-paced environment – all shifts/positions require standing for your entire shift.
-Strong attention to detail is a must.
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Schedule flexibility related to potential overtime and/or weekends.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Operation of machinery to fulfill production needs.
-Inspection of raw material and finished goods to ensure the team is meeting quality standards.
-Printing, production, assembly, packaging, and shipment of photo gift items.
-Maintain a tidy workspace.
-Follow all safety guidelines and processes.
-Reports issues or problems immediately to supervisor.
