Needing help with 3 kitties

There are 3 kitties that I need to find a home for where they are living by a business where i have been feeding them for years wants the cats out of there or they say they will take care of it I don't know what that means but i am worried of what they will do. There are two orange and 1 white and gray. They are probably about 4 years old they are not feral but have never been in a house so i maybe a place with a shop or somthing like that. I would like them to go together. These aren't the greatest pictures please call me to talk about it they are giving me 2 weeks to get them out. I have also had them fixed.
