Full Job Description • Must be willing to work an average of 32 hours or more per week, and every other weekend. • Demonstrate sympathetic and positive attitude while caring for clients. • Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically. • Ability to remain flexible, resilient and calm in all situations. • Present a well-groomed image that reflects the professional image of the business. • Ability to generate goodwill for the agency, clients, their family members and other referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence. • No experience necessary, training will be provided to gain knowledge of taking blood pressure, catheter care, transfers, colostomy bag care, insulin injections and usage of hoyer lift.
