Seriously, has government ever done anything sufficiently. If even got it done at all. Example: I keep finding my neighbors dog trying (if he can find IT) to impregnate my Lab.(I'm keeping her intact, she'll have beautiful pups when she's ready) I have to keep my dog inside while the dog sniffs around for hours making a mess in my yard. So I finally get sick of this. My neighbor never responds to my calls. So I call the local dog catcher. They show up hours later. And ask ' if I know who owns the dog? Why don't I call the owner?' I break into the stupid questioning and tell her my neighbor Daniel does nothing about his dog. I even built this partial fence to keep his dog in his own yard and wouldn't have to look at the village idiot and his mess over there. Can you please just take the dog? She responds "I'm sorry sir, but I drove here in a county owned Prius." I say " It's a Chiweenie, you can fit fifty Chiweenies in there." " You don't understand sir, I just assess the situation and call back to the office." With that she can tell I'm getting peeved and tells me she'll call the office immediately. She goes back to her brand new Prius and does some paper shuffling and talking on the cell for about an hour then drives off. Well hours go by.. no one shows up and the dog finally leaves. And I let my dog out to relive itself. Bam.. that dog comes running around back and proceeds to mount my lab Ariel (my youngest daughter named her). I said screw this and grabbed this funny looking thing and punted it safely right over the fence. Don't worry it landed right in their filthy smelly above ground pool. I could hear it splash out barking and shaking itself off. With my neighbor yelling at it to get out of the pool. Long story short, I finished my fence entirely, my Ariel doesn't have to worry about being assaulted while playing with my daughter outback and I never seen the dog in my yard again. Don't rely on the big gov to do it. When you can do it sufficiently yourself. In the end someone did call me from the city outreach dept. asking if I was happy with my recent assessment appointment with Miss Harries. -That's a longer story
