Dress up your furry friends for a day of live music, photo ops, pet services, prizes and more. Best part--START II will be there with some of our adoptable kittens and dogs!! In addition, we will be selling Halloween Costumes, winter coats and more. There will other vendors too. Hope to see you there!!! Sat.
