Full time position available for a skilled maintenance repair technician. This position requires a valid driver’s license. Position is a mobile repair tech for apartments and commercial buildings. If you like a variety of work we have it for you. We have 2 swimming pools that require routine maintenance. Daily service requests vary from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, evap cooler repairs. On call for emergencies required. Professional image required. Must be courteous to our residents and tenants. We prepare apartments for residential move ins. Must be able to rekey locks and cut keys and or install new locks. Experience with minor appliance repairs a plus. Company vehicle and fuel card supplied. Must have your own hand tools. Stop.
