Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure in the overall completion of our unit turnovers with experience in AC repair, painting, appliance repairs, renovations, projects, on call emergencies, managing vendors and contractors and maintaining the grounds and common areas of the property. Requirements & Qualifications: • Self-starter attitude and reliable • Hard working & Energetic • Complete all daily work order requests • Preventative maintenance • Cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools • Installations, Maintenance, Troubleshoot, and Repairs including in common areas • Scheduled inspections of premises may include, but are not limited to: o A/C Compressors o Stairs o Parking Areas o Walkways o Exterior Lighting • Must have your own tools Roles & Responsibilities • Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service request, and make ready status of all vacant apartments • Must be able to paint and make ready units • Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair involving: o Electrical & Plumbing o A/C and heating o Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings o Interior/exterior lights o Ceiling fans o Water irrigation systems • Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of litter Education & Requirements • Minimum of 3+ years of experience • AC Certified • Pool Maintenance Certified • Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliances, garage and gate repairs • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs. • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, crouch, and handle • Work flexible hours • item considered a life or safety hazard by REAC, LIHTC, local Codes Department, etc • Take turns being “on-call” as part of a 24-hour emergency maintenance • Replace/repair AC units • HVAC Certified Require • CPO Certified A Plus
