Stolen Service dog in training

Male blue heeler/shepard mix about 4 1/2 months old when he was stolen on 9/9/2021 he had not yet been chipped and had only had the first of 2 rounds of puppy shots. He is a registered seizure alert and response dog in training was still in the initial obedience training phase his name is Roscoe but still answered to "pupper dog" and "puppy" was shy and skittish around big dogs and shy but curious around kittens. Police reports have been made ad well as post on facebook and public flyers.
