Established Wilmington contracting firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager and Landscape Fleet Mechanic. We are looking for a honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated individual to join our team of professionals. Our facility consists of a five acre property with multi-use building and a outdoor landscape complex that needs to be maintained and managed. A fleet of trucks, trailers, full size and mini skid steers, mowers and small engine equipment will also need preventive maintenance and repairs. You will be communicating with multiple co workers and supervisors on a daily basis so excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are a must. You will be working independently in a fast paced environment so time management skills and prioritization of necessary tasks will be needed. The Facilities Manager is a key member of our management team and they are expected to be a team player and lead by example. Prior preventative maintenance and repair experience needed with: * Buildings and grounds * Trucks and trailers * Full size and Mini skid steers * Zero turn and walk behind mowers * Handheld equipment * Commercial Sprayers Responsibilities: * Communicate with Managers and co workers on daily basis * Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment * Repair equipment * Document all repairs * Fill out purchase orders for needed materials Excellent hourly pay Vacation and Holiday pay Health, dental and vision insurance 401 k retirement benefits Yearly bonuses Please reply with detailed past work experience and we will be in touch to set up an interview.
