RECEIVING COORDINATOR – Menifee/Hemet area M-F – 6am – 2:30pm Pay: $17/hr. *Bonus – offering a $500 performance bonus upon completion of satisfactory performance, great attendance & attitude, and no policy violations at minimum for the first 90 days. Summary: • Coordinates the activities of the receiving dock, including advising suppliers in the unloading of trucks. • Operates powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material. • Physically unloads trucks using hand devices or forklifts. • Transacts deliveries in the ERP system in accordance with training and current standards. • Ensures compliance requirements are met in the identification, labeling, tracking, and storage of materials. • Gives direction to the Material Handler on how to accurately stock and store materials. • Verifies supplier deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips. • Reports and works with purchasing to resolve issues with deliveries. • Adheres to all regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO, etc.) • Follows all safety rules and regulations. • Performs lot inspections as required by the Operations and Purchasing teams. • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Qualifications: • Ability to work overtime as needed. • Must be able to operate a forklift. • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (Basics). • Experience with MRP, SAP, or ERP systems a plus. • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. • Must possess a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethics. • Excellent customer focus (internal and external). • Strong ability to learn and apply new skills. • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to suppliers, vendors, and associates. • Ability to write clearly and concisely. • Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with managers and associates. • Fluency in English [required], Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) [preferred] II.) SHOP HELP/RECEIVING Associate - Two Locations (Temecula & Fallbrook) M-F 7:30- 4:30 Sa 7:30-1:00 (flex to work some Saturdays) Pay: $17/hr. DOE + OT Summary: • Counter/Customer Service Assistant • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred • Write up work orders/ repairs / process and file paperwork when needed • Able to lift to 50/lbs. • Forklift Operations - Help load/unload trucks and customers when needed • Help check in product/parts - report any discrepancies and damaged product when needed • Ordering and receiving • Pull customer order and call customers once orders come in. • Pull shop job orders and give to mechanic • Put away product once it’s been checked in and received • Make sure pricing is updated in the system • Help stock shelves • Help maintain a clean store/warehouse • Quick learner/ Work in a fast-paced environment • Get along with others • Team player QUALIFICATIONS 1. Counter/Register / Customer Service experience a plus 2. Mechanically inclined preferred 3. Bilingual English/Spanish - preferred 4. Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented 5. Counter/shop help experience 6. Stocking and inventory control 7. Computer knowledge and experience 8. Have a great attitude and patience 9. Punctual and Reliable 10. Able and willing to work OT (incl. some Saturdays) III.) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER – (Murrieta) Summary: Performs repetitive mechanical assembly of simple electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, mechanisms, and systems in accordance with production/engineering specifications, sketches, and/or verbal instructions; circuit board assembly, soldering J-STD-001 or equivalent, work under ring magnifier and microscope, cable cutting, stripping, and chassis buildup. M-F flex schedule, start with 24+ hours/wk. Pay: $18-23/hr. DOE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Cable fabrication (Cable cutting, stripping, etc.) • PCB Stuffing (Through-hole and surface mount) • Some Shipping - Parts pulling/counting • Chassis buildup • Performs assembly work requiring a high degree of manual dexterity. • Uses tools and fixtures for precisely locating and positioning of parts. • Adjusts, aligns, and tightens using an air vise, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and drill presses. • Keeps track of inventory in the work area, and notifies supervisor when material is needed. • Identifies and replaces or reports defective sub-assemblies. • Conducts simple go-no-go testing. • Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area. • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the success of projects, individuals, and the company. JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Skilled in assembly (i.e. 2-3 years experience); circuit board assembly • Comfortable with all small assembly tools • Soldering skills to J-STD-001 or equivalent • Some technical background - Comfortable working in a lab environment • Able to work unsupervised to a certain extent • Willing to be cross-trained (no set job description) • Comfortable working under ring magnifier and microscope a plus • Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, specifications, blueprints, or sketches. • Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. • Cable fabrication (cable cutting, stripping, etc.) • Cassis buildup • Parts pulling/counting • PCB stuffing (through hole and surface mount) • Some shipping • Component preparation (lead forming, terminal clipping, etc.) • Assembly assistance • High School Diploma or equivalent.
