Underline Energy is currently hiring Solar Roof Leads Must have 4-6 years experience *Applicants w/no solar and/or extensive electrical experience will not be accepted and/or reviewed* Duties: Install solar systems, panels and support structures while following company guidelines Assemble and install solar systems, including roof and/or ground mounts, following the design layout including single line diagrams Review project plans/drawings and ensure project is installed correctly Communicate with Project Manager daily about job status and electrician on job site Responsible for placement and wiring of junction box Properly seal all roof penetrations, install all relative equipment and set up solar monitoring system Visually inspect and test system upon completion Able to ensure complete installation, including apping programs Test installed systems to ensure optimum performance Diagnose & troubleshoot system malfunctions & operational issues Track inventory for each project Prepare, load & organize installation vehicles & keep warehouse organized Close attention to detail and maintain quality at all times Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner at all times Complete safety/installation training as needed Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety rules/regulations. Also, follow and include all PPE daily guidelines Qualifications: Must be able to lift and transport solar equipment (roughly 50-70lbs) Must have at least 4-6 years of roofing and solar experience Experience with micro, string and SolarEdge inverters Must be comfortable working on rooftops and physically able to work in extreme environments Must have valid DL and clean driving record Must have personal hand tools
