Seeking Company / contractor who can sell and install a 2 ton HVAC unit. For a 1248 sq feet one story, ranch style rental house. Need to have it installed ASAP. One can take the unit that’s currently there which is older model R22 We can purchase a new HVAC up $7000 with a month payment plan. We suggest i.e 18 months. 15 % interest and the rental house as collateral. Need to have it installed as soon as possible. Since it’s getting cooler and the current unit that’s there is not fully functional. Thank you for looking
