Is the USPIS really authorized to issue cease and desist orders on individual business banking? Or is this USPIS Officer a fraud? Two men claiming to be USPIS Officers with no uniforms on and only a fake attempt to show identification knocked on the doors of Bloomington area residents yesterday. The USPIS Officer said he was issuing a Cease and Desist Order on local woman owned business banking activity. A lawyer was contacted by the woman owned business, whom advised to ignore that the USPIS holds no such authority. The victims include a US citizen/foreign dignitaries family. The man's commentary and behavior indicated that the two men were possibly involved in the Attack on the US Capital presenting themselves as people whom they were not.
