Job description QUALIFICATIONS High school or equivalent (Required) Warehouse & Supervising Experience: 2 years (Preferred) Forklift experience (Preferred) Strong inventory control, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee order processing (Picking, packing, shipping) · Leads by example, performs duties side by side with warehouse staff while remaining a resource of motivation and coaching · Monitor inventory levels and provide accurate reports · Inspect all outgoing and incoming deliveries · Schedules equipment maintenance as required · Responsible for overall warehouse organization · Ensures warehouse runs smoothly and meets peak demands of the business accordingly · Follows and maintains safety programs and ensures completion of all required safety training for self and warehouse team Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
