Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring that the property is clean and maintained properly, inspect exterior and interior of buildings and grounds. Clean common areas including: Vacuum and wash carpets and floors Dust and wash surfaces Wash interior and exterior windows Polish furniture in common areas Empty all trash in common areas Clean bathrooms in common areas Any additional duties assigned by property manager Requirements include: Willingness to pitch in where needed, must be personable and trustworthy, able to work well with co-workers as well as tenants. Must be able to read, speak and understand work instructions and safety notices in the English language.
