Pay per unit / weekly We need painters, cleaners and maintenace techs for military family housing turns. Start ASAP. Attention to detail, self motivation, quality and reliability is expected. You must be able to pass a background check in order to enter the military base. You should have reliable transportation. This is long term sub-contract and we have lots of work available. Maintenance: Professional maintenance technician needed for military housing turn maintenance. Previous experience in household maintenance is needed. This job will require tasks such as changing out blinds, garbage disposals, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fans, installing doors, checking and replacing smoke detectors, unclogging sinks, trouble shooting, etc. You will be responsible for providing your own tools. Maintenance parts and materials are provided. Painting: Experienced painters needed for military housing turns. The job will require prepping the walls and baseboards. Patching holes and sanding if needed. Applying paints to surfaces of walls and baseboards according to instructions. You will be responsible for providing your own paint tools. Paint is provided. Cleaners: Cleaners needed for military housing move outs. Deep cleaning of all surfaces, appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, windows, floors. You will be responsible for providing your own cleaning materials.
