Urgent help for little sisters dog

Hello I live here on Maui but my little sister is on mainland and having an emergency. Im trying to help in any possible way I can! Her dog is having complications birthing her puppies and must have emergency c-section. My sister cant afford it so animal control forced the vet to do surgery to keep her dog from suffering. Now if she doesnt come up with the $ (6k!! 🥺) by 7am she will lose her dog and her puppies.
