✨WELCOME TO BURLESQUE✨ Where we dance the night away to Cher and Christina Aguilera, while learning some sexy chair choreography. 💋 Hello, Knock-Outs 💋 We will be dancing to Songs from the movie Burlesque! Let your outfit be inspired by the Glam, or ANYTHING YOUR HEART DESIRES! Its not required to dress up, it’s just for fun! Do not feel pressured to do so, whatever you have in your closet is PERFECT! 💋 October 8th, will be a night to remember filled with hot moves for ALL LEVELS! ❗️NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! ❗️ ✨Grab a friend, grab your sassiness, and dance with ME 😻 Clothing: Anything you feel hot, COMFY and confident in! The theme is Burlesque so you can go as far as your imagination takes you! Examples: Tights, Spanks, athletic shorts, leggings, t-shirts, crop tops, body suits, hoodies, jean shorts, vans, boots, heels, ANYTHING YOU FEEL AMAZING IN! *MASKS OPTIONAL* NO REFUNDS OR CLASS CREDITS COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating in events held or sponsored by Revive Dance and Fitness consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Revive Dance and Fitness has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Revive Dance and Fitness cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in Revive Dance and Fitness events and/or other face to face fundraising activities. By attending a Revive Dance and Fitness event, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:   1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others; 2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or   3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment. DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact Revive Dance and Fitness at [email protected] if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating with Revive Dance and Fitness. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS: I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with Revive Dance and Fitness and I willingly engage in Revive Dance and Fitness Events. I hereby release and agree to hold Revive Studios and Walnuttreefilms harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the salon, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Revive Studios and Walnuttreefilms I understand that this release discharges Revive Studios and Walnuttreefilms from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Revive Studios and Walnuttreefilms. This liability waiver and release extends to the salon together with all owners, partners, and employees.
