General Contractor needs Carpenters or crew for Florida room conversion-taking out all doors and windows on one wall facing pool and reframing for a 20 foot wide impact rated sliding glass door system, so it involves some demolition, some framing with 2x8s, placement of a long wood header, strapping it to the trusses above, and sheathing with hardy board and completing the room with drywall, paint and laminate flooring. We will be installing the sliding glass door system after that. There are some minor electrical relocations required as well. Pay Negotiable Daily pay an option. Would prefer 2-3 guys that work together.
