IWU Columbus Alumni Association: Leadership Speaker Series You're Invited!Leadership Speaker SeriesPresented by: Indiana Wesleyan University Alumni Association, Columbus Ohio Leading Change in a Changing World Thursday, October 14, 2021 6:30pm-8:00pm Indiana Wesleyan University Columbus Ohio Education and Conference Center From Covid-19 and ongoing economic uncertainties to the new world of remote work and the Great Resignation, the last 18 months have highlighted the need for leaders who can see with clarity, communicate with empathy, and inspire unified action. The pathway forward isn't always easy, but times of change are when leaders are most needed. Join us for an interactive discussion on how to understand your context, see a path forward, and lead yourself and others well in uncertain times. Keynote Speaker:Jon Sampson serves as Executive Director of Regional Strategy and Operations for Indiana Wesleyan University's National & Global campus. For more than a decade, he has helped teams in higher education challenge assumptions and move forward with clarity. Prior to working with universities, he served as a journalist and a pastor. Jon holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration & Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and an undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. The goal of this group is to build a community that adds value for it's members. Creating opportunities to connect and build relationships among fellow IWU alumni. And, cultivating an environment for growth and advancement. Event hosted by: IWU Columbus Alumni Leadership Team along with, Donna Meiser, IWU Alumni Relations Coordinator, National Global Campus The Alumni Relations Office works with the Alumni Association to provide communication, connections and opportunities that expand the network of alumni as well as...serve. Programs are established through the input and involvement of you, the alumni. You are a vital link to reaching your classmates and helping to establish regional networks, events, and programs. Through the efforts of the Alumni Board and Advisors, we can better serve the needs of alumni. We invite you to participate with your Alumni Relations Office.
