Sixth Annual Oktoberfest Celebration October 9th in Florence, CO Sixth Annual Oktoberfest Celebration October 9th in Florence, CO What Prost! Florence Brewing Company is hosting its 6th Annual Oktoberfest Event on October 9th from 11 AM until Dark-ish! The street will be shut down for this family-friendly event. Two beers will be released to mark the occasion, including Oktoberfest and The Stairway to Helles. Live music will be provided by Mark's Midnight Carnival Show at Noon and Snake & the Rabbit at 4 PM! There will also be a Stein Holding competition at 3 PM, which is a deep rooted Oktoberfest tradition. P-Dub's Rolling Smokehouse will be serving up some of their traditional BBQ along with some German foods. Dressing in costume is highly encouraged, so don those lederhosen/dirndls and let’s celebrate! . Entertainment: Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show (Noon - 3:00 PM) Stein-Holding Competition (3:00 PM) Snake & the Rabbit (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) Refreshments Florence Brewing Company will be releasing a speciality limited batch of their very own Oktoberfest & The Stairway to Helles or choose from a Variety of Beer, Cider, Wine & Mixed Drinks.
