Join us for a wonderful four course wine and food pairing feature bright autumn flavors and classic Italian made-from-scratch food. Leaves are falling and the wine is calling!Join us for our October wine dinner and enjoy a decadent combination of classic fall flavors and Italian comfort.This month's wines are all from the Bodegas Salentein winery, and the variety of flavors perfectly compliments our amazing menu. The bruschetta paolo has been featured before in our wine dinners and is featured this month as a guest frequent request. Since it was such a hit the last time, we decided it would be a great treat with the Bodegas Salentein Malbec Reserve. We are also featuring a carrot and ginger soup that won't play tricks with you taste buds, especially when paired with the Portillo Chardonnay. For the main course, we will be featuring another favorite, our wood-fire grilled ribeye, and we will be topping it with a red wine compound butter that marries perfectly with the Bodegas Salentein Caberney Sauvignon. Finally, for dessert, we will be featuring a classic cannoli dipped in chocolate ganache and filled with a chocolate hazelnut filling. I hope to see all of you there!
