SUGAR SKULL FACE PAINTING (Dia de los Muertos)
In this class attendees will learn how to face paint a sugar skull while also learning about the history of the Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos (also called Day of the Dead or All Soul’s Day). This holiday is typically held on November 1st and 2nd. It is a day of celebration rather than mourning. We will celebrate this culture by learning how to paint a sugar skull image on your own face. The sugar skull is a common theme during this holiday whether it is represented in food, gifts, displays or in costume.
