2 Superintendent Positions Available: Waltham and Arlington This is a Live-In position (Apartment Included). However you may have to travel on occasion to help out or cover at other properties. Get Paid every Friday. The proper candidate will be of Good Character and: - Able to work independently - Have a good work ethic - Able to communicate well with the residents - Able to recognize issues and diagnose basic maintenance repairs. - Communicate with the Manager, other Superintendents, our Subcontractors and/or Office. The proper candidate, will have some experience and knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and/or drywall. You must have basic tools, a cell phone, and a reliable vehicle.
