Do you like to operate on your own but still be part of a friendly and fun team? We are hiring another driver! We are looking to hire a part to full-time driver for our rapidly growing online book startup. (BayStateBooks.com) The immediate role will be to drive a truck and collect books. This role has to the potential to expand in line with the growth of the company. Job Description: 18$-$19/hour negotiable for the right person. We have book collection boxes all over Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will be given a route to drive. At each location, you will collect the books and put them into the truck. Inside of most bins there is a gaylord (a large box on top or a pallet). You will use a pallet jack to move the gaylords out of the bin and into the truck. When the truck is full, return to the warehouse and stack the gaylords in the warehouse. This is a mix between driving and general labor. The boxes are up 1000 pounds, but you will be trained in how to move them using a variety of equipment.
