Presented by: Peer Mentor, Emilija Nestor, Master of Physician Assistant Studies '23 Katerina Nestor, PharmD 26' College students have very poor sleeping habits. Obtaining healthy sleep is important for both students' physical and mental health which will help improve their productivity and overall quality of life. This workshop will offer students advice on how to adjust their lifestyle and studying in order to help them improve their sleeping habits.
