Join us for our first ever nose-to-tail heritage feast hosted by Off The Block Kitchen and Meats. Chefs Francis Derby and Stephen Rizzo will be preparing a Long Island raised Duroc hog paired with local vegetables. We are using the whole animal from nose to tail for a four-course family-style feast and pairing with delicious beers from our friends at Sand City Brewery.
