I have tried SS but that's not working out. I have no family anywhere to help. I have no children but I do come with an 8lb Terrier, he is 13 He is trained. My car was totaled out by a driver that ran a red light at 9;30 at night, so no witnesses. It has been a dead end every way I turn. I have never been in this kind of situation., and frankly I'm scared. I did a good deed that cost me the money I saved to get me situated after I retired, and now I am being punished. I can pay $500 a month for a room or studio apt. Any suggestions will be helpful. I will be out on the street tomorrow, I have been staying at cheap hotel for a month.
