Description

National House of Prayer Leadership Summit, February 2-5, 2022 As busy leaders in the prayer movement we face many unique challenges, and far too often face them alone with limited resources. It’s easy to forget that we are not in this alone and that the Lord is the One raising up houses of prayer in cities all over America. This Feb 2-5, we’d like to set the table for us to come together for four days to meet, encourage, and learn from one another. This will be a highly relational and, we hope, helpful family gathering for house of prayer directors, praying church pastors, people who want to start houses of prayer, and pastors who want to shift their churches into praying churches. Also, leaders are welcome to bring their leadership teams. We’d like to invite you to Dallas this spring to join leaders from across the nation for a much-needed time of refreshing and relational connection. We know this time together is something that we’ve been needing as a movement and we're excited to spend a few days talking about what Jesus is doing and explore ways that we can work together more intentionally in the coming years. This leadership summit is being hosted by the National Missions Base Co-Op (NMBC) and will be held at The Prayer Room Missions Base (TPR) in Arlington, Texas. TPR’s director Brad Stroup will serve as emcee and the leaders of the NMBC bases are working together to host this event. Allen Hood will be with us to speak into us as a movement as well as hear and learn with us as we connect, discuss and worship together. Additionally, several members of the NMBC will be speaking, serving on panels and helping to facilitate the conference sessions. For more information, visit the event webpage: https://www.tprdfw.com/national-hop-leadership-summit The Prayer Room is a developing 24/7 prayer furnace in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our staff raise their own support as missionaries in order to provide this region with a corporate place of prayer, worship, and training 20 hours per day 7 days a week. People come from all across the DFW area to attend our live worship-led prayer meetings, services, and events. Our prayer teams comprise of members from dozens of area churches with visitors coming from all over the region. The goal of TPR is to exalt Jesus night and day, and to see corporate intercession arise for the things on God’s heart.  We have built live worship/prayer teams that use the scriptures as a prayer guide.  We call this the Harp and Bowl Model (Re. 5:8), which enables us to focus our prayers on the things the Lord describes in His Word. Our missions base is open to all.
