In this class you will explore the technicality of movement and some acro utilizing the lower portion and base of the pole as well as incorporating Floor work.
Learn how to seamlessly and beautifully move and transition around the pole with influential dance styles such as Contemporary, Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Sensual and Russian Exotic.
Knee pads are required, no experience necessary; all levels welcomed.
