Pre-Register by 9/30/21 for best T-shirt selection. Same-day competitor sign ups from 9:00am- 10:00am. Deadlift Competition: Competitors shall choose 1 weight (250lb, 350lb, or 450lb) to perform as many reps as possible within 1 minute. Straps, figure 8's, knee sleeves, chalk and weight belts are permitted. NO DEADLIFT SUITS ALLOWED. Conventional-style only, SUMO STYLE IS NOT PERMITTED . Truck Pull Competition: Competitors shall pull a semi-truck as far as possible within 1 minute, to a maximum of 50 feet. The competitor that pulls the truck farthest/fastest wins the contest. Registration Fees: $60 - 1 single event of your choice $100- Both events (Deadlift & Truck Pull)
