The Party Team is hiring! We are an interactive event company, specializing in on-site casino parties, DJ/KJ/MCs, Game Shows, Arcade games, etc., providing entertainment at corporate, private and non-profit events for Portland, Seattle, and other outlying areas.
We have multiple open PART-TIME (sub-contractor) positions, including:
Setup/Teardown
Bartenders
Casino Game Dealers - Including Craps, Roulette, Texas Hold Em, and Blackjack
DJs, KJs, & MCs
AV & Lighting
Bingo Callers
Events Managers/Team Leaders
Potential Duties:
• Dealing and teaching casino games to partygoers
• On-site event equipment setup/teardown (mostly Fri & Sat evenings)
• Managing dealer staff at events and being client point of contact
• Making announcements over the microphone
Desired Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing personality & professional appearance
Current driver’s license (your own vehicle is preferable)
Able to lift and carry at least 25-50 lbs
Able to drive pickup truck and trailer combos and box trucks
Willing to take day trips to out of town locations, sometimes returning as late as 3 a.m.
Available all weekends in December and January
Organized with attention to detail
Flexible schedule, and willingness to work odd hours to accommodate our schedule
A basic knowledge of electronics (ex. How to hook up a Wii or Xbox to a projector)
A cell phone with text messaging
Knowledge/interest of casino games is preferable, but some training will be provided
No calls please.
