Join us for a Hike, Yoga and Brew event led by ExploreMore Founder Haley Cottey. Join us for a Hike, Yoga and Brew event led by ExploreMore Founder Haley Cottey. Explore More is here to bring you a fun outdoor community event where we will get in nature and soak up the fresh air with a family friendly hike and some yoga in nature and then head to Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery for some community and great beer. From 3-5pm we will have a yoga practice and then hike 3-4 miles. After the hike, we will head to Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery for some community and great beer! What you bring and expect - Wear tennis shoes and workout clothing; hike will be 3 miles and beginner friendly - Bring water and a snack if you want one - NO yoga mat necessary - You will get a guided 3-4 mile hike - You will get a guided Yoga practice - You will get one beer ticket to Intrinsic - You will get more swag, education and inspiration to get outside This is a 3-4 mile hike and is kid friendly but ultimately up to you. Please no strollers Weather disclosure: If weather does not allow us to have our event, we will either refund your ticket price OR you can transfer to another event.
