Pool Community help needed by 85 y.o. Elderly Lady

Pool help needed to take off a diving board and a ladder and to put the pool cover over the top of the inground pool. Niece and Nephew can't help they have no idea how to remove it but can help someone put the pool cover on. Anyone out there have time to help an elderly lady with heart failure?
