Once the offerings are given to the Fire, it is a consecrated Fire, and nothing else goes into the Fire except wood, given by the Firekeeper, and tobacco, if partaking in a cigar or cigarette (no cigarette butts go into the Fire!). The offerings help create a safe and sacred space for meeting and sharing, for opening our hearts to one another. Giving offerings to the Fire are optional for anyone who attends. They are a personal way to honor the evening's experience, to deepen our connection to one another and give thanks for the heart energy of Fire. RSVP is required to attend this event. PLEASE SUPPORT the Women's Sacred Fire space with a donation: It's easy to contribute via PayPal: paypal.me/MaryBethR472, [email protected], or Venmo: MaryBeth-Robinson-8. Thanks for helping raise funds to keep the fires burning! If coming to the fires is valuable to you, please show it with a small donation. $5 is always appreciated. Contributions help to support monthly subscriptions such as Meetup and Mailchimp; purchase fire wood, offerings, tarps, and raise funds to attend annual Firekeeper trainings.
