Join Sirena Andrea, Giten Tonkov and Tom Truman for an evening of dynamic integrated healing through the sacred arts of Storytelling, Conscious movement, Biodynamic Breathwork, and Sound Healing. When skillfully combined these elements open and release deep layers of tension stored in the body from stress, injury or trauma creating healing and spaciousness. Done together we create a wave of healing. The Story of Inspiration begins when you are transported into a landscape of your imagination thru the Masterful Storytelling of Sirena Andrea. From this space you'll venture into movement allowing the body to express the stories of your being with light guidance and a woven soundtrack to dance the souls song with Tom Truman. Landing in a guided gentle and powerful breath session lead by the Founder and Creator of BioDynamic Breathwork Giten Tonkov, who brings two decades of experience with his world renowned modality and sound healing. COVID PRECAUTIONS The Santa Cruz County Covid-19 health guidelines recommend wearing masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. We are committed to supporting health and well being during this event. Everyone attending can choose to wear a mask and participate. However, breathwork can be difficult with a mask and we will not be mandating our participants wear masks. To ensure the least amount of risk, we're asking everyone attending to take a voluntary PCR test before attending. Upon signing in at the event you'll be asked to share the results of your test verbally whether you'll be masked or not.
