Join our public forum to learn about our 2022 plans and share your thoughts. Dear CLT Design Community, We invite you to join us for our upcoming AIGA CLT Town Hall meeting, our annual-ish public forum. Our town hall is our opportunity for the Board of Directors at AIGA CLT to share our progress in our work to build a more relevant, inclusive, accessible, and experimental organization to better serve our community. We look forward to sharing our hopes and vision to continue to inspire and support you through 2021 and beyond. This event will be located at Central Piedmont Community College - Harper Campus on October 07, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. For those who can attend in person, we’ll have free food and soft drinks available. We’ll have a Zoom link for anyone who wants to listen in but can’t attend in person Most importantly, you’ll have a chance to ask questions, give feedback on our goals & events, and be heard. Don’t miss this opportunity to guide and influence your AIGA Chapter! Help us prepare for our community event! Fill out an anonymous survey. --- Location Information: Central Piedmont Community College - Harper Campus 315 W Hebron Street Harper 1 Building, 2nd Floor, Room 251 Parking Recommendations: Lot 1, Lot A, and the B Lots. Map & Parking Details --- Safety information: Our enhanced health and safety measures are designed to create a space where we can grow together, still build a sense of community, and design some cool stuff while we’re at it. We are closely following CDC guidance for all things COVID-19. These items are a moving target, so we will keep attendees updated as their guidance updates. - Are vaccines required? No, but highly recommended. - Are masks required? In accordance with the Mecklenburg County mandate, yes. At AIGA Charlotte, we want to build a more dynamic and creative community where area designers can participate, network, and grow. To make that happen, we're dedicated to providing education and inspiration to the creative arts community by offering a diverse schedule of programs, events, and initiatives. Founded in 2000, we're an affiliate of AIGA, the oldest and largest membership association for professionals engaged in the discipline, practice, and culture of designing. Nationally, AIGA now represents 22,000 designers through 64 national affiliates and 240 student groups.
