Looking for the following position to join our positive cool team. •Tile work •Landscaping work •Painter •Stucco •Demo work •Replacement Window work Description: Rental properties that are constantly needing work and upkeep. New development properties and will always be busy of at least 40 hours a week. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial painting, in both interior and exterior. • Ability to match paint for interior drywall and exterior stucco and trim. • Experience repairing drywall a must. • Perform other duties as assigned. • This position will require travel between properties.If you have own vehicle its a plus. • Strong communication skills. • High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. • Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 15 ft. • An ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Someone to grow with a company long term and will be rewarded generously.
